On November 1, 2017, Randy Armstrong was awarded the 2017 Governor’s Arts Award for Arts Education in a celebration hosted by Governor Chris Sununu, the NH Department of Natural and Cultural Resources and the NH State Council on the Arts. The ceremony took place at the New Hampshire Institute of Art in Manchester. Quoting the program guidelines, “This award recognizes an individual, nonprofit organization, school district or community that has made an outstanding contribution to arts education within the past three years.”
